Project Management
Every introduction of a new product in our organisation is managed as a project. We attach great importance to a clear and mutual understanding of the deliverables and the deadlines of a project. Our means to realise this is Project Management, which is applied to every project, whether simple or complex.
For each project, one of our engineers is appointed project manager with the responsibility to guide the project and meet the targets regarding product design, investments, timelines and product costs. The project team will have a changing composition dependent on the stage a project is in and on the various services required.
